Take one tablespoon (6 g) up to two times per day. Mix one tablespoon (6 g) with at least 8 oz. of water, juice, or your favourite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure hydration.
Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing. Consuming whole psyllium husk without enough liquid may cause choking.
