The first Monday of each month is our Mad Monday when we offer 15% off all regularly priced products and 20% off our Health First products.  Every Wednesday is our Seniors Day (60 years+).  We offer 10% off all regularly priced products and 15% off our Health First products.  For more information on our promotions, please select "Promotions" from the menu.

We offer a 90 day money back guarantee on our products.  We have a rewards program called The Bug Club.  We keep track of your purchases.  There's no cost to join and no card to carry.  Once you reach $200 of regularly priced purchases, you receive a ten dollar credit on your account.  We also have a price match guarantee.  We will price match any of our local competitors.

We belong to Health First, the Better Business Bureau, Canadian Federation of Independent Business and The Canadian Health Food Association.
